Starbucks Coffee Company

This is the Starbucks closest to me, for whatever reason the drive thru is ALWAYS slow. Had to wait 25 min to receive my drink. The workers are kind but the pace is not what I’m used to when it comes to Starbucks. I understand customer issues might affect the time but this is everytime I go so that is why I’m writing this review

I ordered through the drive-through and my drink was a little light, came back in to confirm my drink was a triple shot. DJ was so kind to offer to remake my drink. Both Juan and DJ we’re friendly and Making sure I got my drink as soon as possible. Thank you Starbucks!

Ordered a coffee frappe and a venti ice water. She flips the screen I always tip but today I decided not to I’m in a drive through and got one thing. She was being very rude after I clicked skip the venti ice water turned into a grande didn’t give me a straw and after a few sips this is how my coffee looked.

Nice location with plenty of parking. It’s in a busy area, perfect for a quick grab-and-go through the drive-thru. Pet parents can enjoy their coffee outside with the outdoor seating, while students and remote workers will appreciate the indoor seating—it’s very hybrid-friendly. There are two bathrooms, which is super convenient. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and they keep the space clean and organized.
